Requisiti:

  • Client Feedback Collection: Designing and executing surveys to understand client needs, satisfaction levels, and reasons for disengagement.

  • Analyzing Client Drop-offs: Investigating why clients have stopped buying and proposing actionable solutions.

  • Quality Monitoring: Reviewing sales team emails and communication to ensure they meet high standards of professionalism, speed, and efficiency.

  • Reporting and Recommendations: Providing detailed reports to management with insights and strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaboration and Training: Working closely with sales and customer service teams to address gaps and implement best practices.

  • Analyzing Client Behavior: Identifying patterns in client inactivity or hesitation and crafting strategies to address them.

  • Targeted Campaigns: Designing personalized outreach efforts, including emails, calls, or events, tailored to activate different client segments.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Leveraging analytics to understand which offers, products, or experiences resonate most with clients.

  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Coordinating with teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless client experiences.

  • Feedback Loops: Capturing reasons for inactivity or lack of purchase and using this to improve strategies.
