Job Description

We are looking for a Copywriter with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for impactful communication, specialized in creating content that actively supports sales and marketing performance.

This role goes beyond traditional creative writing. It requires strong business awareness, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate services, ideas, and value propositions into clear, persuasive, and conversion-driven messaging.

The ideal candidate understands how words influence decisions and is capable of combining creativity with a performance-oriented approach, always focused on driving measurable business results.

In this role, you will work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop content that enhances brand positioning and supports commercial growth in a competitive, high-end environment.

Key responsibilities

Writing copy for commercial offers and sales materials

Creating content for landing pages, email marketing, and digital campaigns

Supporting the development of effective commercial proposals

Optimizing content with a performance focus (leads, conversions, engagement)

Requirements

Experience in persuasive copywriting (sales copy)

Strong results orientation and commercial mindset

Ability to simplify complex concepts

Structured, goal-oriented approach

Excellent command of English languages (Italian, French or German will be a plus)

Knowledge of the wine sector or relevant industry experience would be an advantage
