Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM & Offer Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and client communication, ensuring our offers reach the right clients, in the right language, at the right price.
Key Responsibilities
Offer Initiation & Translation Management
Coordinate the preparation and rollout of commercial offers based on briefs from the Manager
Liaise with translators to deliver content in multiple languages within tight deadlines
Configure and validate pricing logic for an international client base across multiple currencies
Ensure all data fields are complete and correct before go-live
Client Segmentation & Filtering
Enter target audiences within our CRM based on commercial and strategic criteria
Build and verify recipient lists, ensuring filters are applied correctly
Archive campaign data for future reference
System Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Act as the first point of contact for operational issues within the campaign workflow
Investigate and resolve configuration errors independently where possible
Escalate complex issues to IT and document recurring problems to support continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and coordinate across teams
A proactive mindset — you spot issues before they become problems
Perfect English (Italian, German, French will be a plus)
